Not compatible with windows 11 I guess. After taking all necessary steps, it indicates as continuously syncing data from the meter without an end. Once manually stopped nothing had been synced even after an hour. Sent an email to Prodigy but no response. App indicates as developed in 2011. So no development after 2011 and they are not prepared to do a thing about it.
